NOT JUST A COUNTRY SINGER..........

​For years Stu has been in the entertainment  circle on the musical side.

From Djing Parties & Nightclubs, to travelling the world playing the latest Dance tunes for the Ministry of Sound & Hed Kandi. Even a couple of Radio Shows that varied from new dance music to classic country!

The years after leaving School Stu set up a band but quickly moved into DJing & spent a few years building a mobile DJ & entertainment business, www.maverickltd.co.uk

As well as collecting a great karaoke collection Stu spent time mixing records & producing remixes & gained experience in  hitting the decks in the club world.

Moving on to become a promotions manager with Luminar Leisure at the height of the club scene Stu decided to sidestep from management & went back to his live music roots with solo shows & setting up his current band.

Nowadays Stu can be found mostly playing with his Band "Gone Country" or in their guise as the "Johnny Cash Show" they can be found on -

He still keeps on some regular Karaoke & DJ nights, in fact most Wednesdays & Thursdays, and even the occasional Friday when not playing with the band Stu will be hosting a Karaoke night or maybe DJing an event!

Whilst Stu really is now known for his country singing & the Gone Country Band, he still keeps up with the current chart acts ready to DJ a party & says it really does help to keep focus on the current musical trends to see how Americana type music is influencing the whole scene.
